Behind the Brilliance 068: Meeting 52 People – A Social Experiment

Some time toward the end of 2014, I got the idea to try an experiment: what if I met 52 people in 2015? I couldn’t really gauge how many people I meet in a typical year (it ebbs and flows). I’m an introvert, and I had started to meet fewer people which wasn’t good for me professionally (or socially).

I decided to set the intention to stretch way out of my comfort zone and meet 52 new people. I did that and came away with some observations. In this episode, I share what I learned, what was annoying, and why I think you should run a similar experiment.
